Khimmashneftegaz Company specializes in manufacturing Rozhnovsky system water towers, which are designed for water storage and for other various needs (some production facilities need a reserve supply of water for production processes).<\/p>\n

The scheme of a water tower consists of a tank – a water reserve reservoir and a supporting structure – a trunk. Various schemes of Rozhnovsky tower are used as part of the equipment for water supply from an artesian well. Typical Rozhnovsky towers are labeled according to the standard project TP 901-5-29 (VBR-15, VBR-25, VBR-50, VBR-160), which is indicated in the passport and certificate. The largest tower-column VBR160 has a water volume of 160 m3.<\/p>\n

Water towers with a height of 26 meters and a volume of 160 cubic meters (50 cubic meters – working tank, 110 cubic meters – water reserve) is used in suburban systems of autonomous water supply, rural water supply systems, water supply of large enterprises, farms, rural settlements, cottage towns, large villages.<\/p>\n

The type of water tower is calculated on the capacity (15, 25, 50, 160 cubic meters) and the height of the supports (from the ground to the top of the tank support). For towers whose volume is from 15 to 50 cubic meters, the height of the trunk is set to a multiple of 3 m, with tanks with a capacity of 100 cubic meters and more – a multiple of 6 m.<\/p>\n

The volume of the tank and the height of the supporting structure of the tower
(measured from the ground surface to the bottom of the tank) are determined in the process of basic calculations of the water supply system and are taken as specified in the design of the tower. Then the nearest large tower is selected from the standard designs. All types of Rozhnovsky water towers are presented in the table.<\/p>\n

The general appearance of the structure is identical, it is a leg support 8-18 meters high and a tank with a volume of 15, 25, 50 m3 is installed on it. This pear-shaped form is characteristic of all Rozhnovsky towers, except for the VBR-160, which has the form of a trunk with a constant diameter along the length.<\/p>\n

The water tower is manufactured using materials of special quality. When manufacturing a steel tank with support we use only steel certified for compliance with GOST and DSTU requirements. Quality control of manufacturing is another mandatory requirement for water storage tanks. The manufacturing process meets the highest quality requirements, which is confirmed by the certificate of conformity and passport for the product.<\/p>\n

The technological process necessarily includes pressure testing of the tower in accordance with the specified operating conditions.<\/p>\n
