At the bottom of the \u201cReceiving tank\u201d of special<strong> <\/strong>design the anchor of electric motor with \u00d8660mm and length 1254mm or stator in vertical position with overall dimensions 700x750x670mm is placed. The \u201cStorage tank\u201d contains electrically insulating compound \u201cELPLAST\u201d or varnish FL-98. In the design of \u201cReceiving tank\u201d and \u201cStorage tank\u201d there is a heating jacket with control of medium temperature inside the tanks with digital readings output to the control cabinet. Transportation of the \u201cInstallation\u201d is performed in assembled form.<br>The process of vacuumization of anchors in the \u201cReceiving tank\u201d is performed by means of water ring vacuum pump type VVN1-1,5-5,5kW with residual vacuum pressure in the tanks of 39 kPa. This type of equipment is designed for impregnation of ED118, ED121 and TE-006 anchors with varnish. At the bottom of the \u201cReceiving tank\u201d of a special design the motor armature \u00d8520mm and length 1250mm is placed. In the \u201cStorage tank\u201d of the installation there is an electrically insulating varnish FL-98. In the design of \u201cReceiving tank\u201d and \u201cStorage tank\u201d there is a heating jacket with temperature control of the medium inside the tanks with digital readings output to the control cabinet. The \u201cReceiving tank\u201d can be used as a second tank for anchor impregnation in reverse mode, i.e. by depressurizing the \u201cReceiving tank\u201d and pumping the electrical insulating varnish into the \u201cStorage tank\u201d.
