Tanks RVS of own production:

“KHIMMASHNEFTEGAZ” Company installs tank equipment for any object of oil and gas industry (terminals, oil storage facilities, oil depots, etc.), chemical, oil and fat, food, agrarian and many other industries.

The finished RHS tank is a vertical cylindrical tank consisting of:

• Steel tank walls with various cut-ins for hatches, spigots and other equipment;
• Roof;
• Bottom;
• Stairs;
• An observation deck;
• other technological equipment on request (pumps, level sensors, signaling devices, pressure gauges, valves, pipelines, etc.).

Installation is divided into three main stages:

• preparation of the construction site and foundation;
• installation of steel structures directly;
• testing.

Our company carries out all installation and welding works with the use of the necessary equipment, testing and measures to ensure the necessary accuracy, quality of welding and assembly of elements of metal structures.

After completion of installation works, surfaces are cleaned and, if necessary, anticorrosive primer treatment is carried out.

Before the tanks are put into operation, hydraulic tests for tightness and strength are performed.

After completion of all installation stages the construction object is handed over to the Customer.

It is possible to manufacture both standard equipment and customized equipment by our company, allowing to order RHS tank for specific requests.

We guarantee high quality of the equipment. Due to compliance with DSTU norms, vertical tanks are characterized by reliability, safety and long service life.
