
“Khimmashneftegaz” manufactures Vacuum-injection impregnation units for impregnation of anchors and stator of auxiliary machines of NB-418 K6, NB-412 electric motors. “Installation” is designed for impregnation of armatures and stators of auxiliary machines of NB-418 K6, NB-412 motors and auxiliary electric machines by vacuum-injection method. At the bottom of the “Receiving tank” of special design the anchor of electric motor with Ø660mm and length 1254mm or stator in vertical position with overall dimensions 700x750x670mm is placed. The “Storage tank” contains electrically insulating compound “ELPLAST” or varnish FL-98. In the design of “Receiving tank” and “Storage tank” there is a heating jacket with control of medium temperature inside the tanks with digital readings output to the control cabinet. Transportation of the “Installation” is performed in assembled form.
The process of vacuumization of anchors in the “Receiving tank” is performed by means of water ring vacuum pump type VVN1-1,5-5,5kW with residual vacuum pressure in the tanks of 39 kPa. The system of medium heating in vessels jackets is automated with closed cycle by means of weekly programmer, linear pipelines, pipeline fittings, electrode boiler “Dnepr ION” 30kW-380V and circulation pump.
Tanks are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of “Rules of device and safe operation of pressure vessels” NPAOP 0.00-1.59-87, SOW MPP 71.120-217:2009 and Technical Regulations for pressure equipment.

“Installation” is designed for impregnation of anchors of traction motors of locomotives and electric trains with FL-98 varnish by vacuum-injection method. This type of equipment is designed for impregnation of ED118, ED121 and TE-006 anchors with varnish. At the bottom of the “Receiving tank” of a special design the motor armature Ø520mm and length 1250mm is placed. In the “Storage tank” of the installation there is an electrically insulating varnish FL-98. In the design of “Receiving tank” and “Storage tank” there is a heating jacket with temperature control of the medium inside the tanks with digital readings output to the control cabinet. The “Receiving tank” can be used as a second tank for anchor impregnation in reverse mode, i.e. by depressurizing the “Receiving tank” and pumping the electrical insulating varnish into the “Storage tank”. Transportation of the “Installation” is performed in assembled form.
